HIGH COL SH ADHESIVE

High Col Sh Adhesive is suitable for both lamination and wood joinery in furniture manufacturing.

PURPOSE

High Col Sh Adhesive is a ready to use white glue based on PV AC dispersion. IT CONTAINS PVA, VAM.

FEATURE

• Water based, and hence easy to dilute if needed. The applicators and containers can be cleaned easily with water.
• No chemical present which could be hazardous to health or harmful on contect with skin.
• Excelent flow property.
• Easy to apply either by applicator, Trowel or Brush.
• Enriched with special preservative to prevent any bacterial growth during storage.
• Prolonged shelf life without affecting quality on storage.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Some of the uses of this Adhesive are as follows:-

• Furniture industry, Decorative laminates, Gluing to plywood or teak ply,TV/RADIO-wooden cabinets.
• Sports goods manufacture such as tennis rackets hocky sticks, cricket balls, bats etc
• Book binding
• Fabric straching
• Pencil manufacturing
• Paper tube and cone manufacture

• Handicraft making

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Apply the adhesive uniformly on both clean and dry surfaces to be bonded using an applicator.
• Remove excess of glue from the surface.
• Spread the adhesive evenly in about 5.10 minutes time and then bring the two substrates to close contect by hand pressing so that no air gets enterpped between the surfaces.
• Keep the substrates under clamp by forcing nails for minimum of 8-24 hours, depending upon the atomospheric temperature. During hot climate, Clamping this substrates for 8-10 hours should be sufficient, whereas during winter and monsoon the substrates should be keep claimped for a minimum of 24 hours.
• When the bonding is complete remove the nails and clamps and the substrates are now ready for further processing.
